Company History
Our story began back in 1996, on June 3rd, when Pamela DOOEL was founded. Our first steps were in the oil business, managing a gas station in Negotino, followed by operating a bus station that became an important part of our activities.
In 2011, to celebrate the company’s anniversary, we opened Hotel Pamela — marking our first significant investment in hospitality. Today, that hotel is managed by the owner’s daughter and her family.
In 2016, we made a crucial decision to purchase land for a new project. By 2017, construction of Grey Star Hotel began. To fully focus on this vision and create something unique, we decided to sell the gas station and the bus station.
Grey Star Hotel officially opened its doors in 2024, offering modern accommodations with attention to every detail — combining years of experience with a vision for outstanding guest service.
The hotel is personally managed by the owner and his two sons, with a mission to create a place where every guest feels special — like home, but with luxury and style.
